We stayed for 3 nights in February so Warkworth was quiet - perfect! John was very friendly and told us all about the best places to go and about the best cycle routes etc. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast each morning was a real treat! The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower was hard to leave! Read less

The B&B is situated in the middle of the village, close to all amenities. Our room was lovely, bright & airy, & extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed. John & Lynne are very welcoming & friendly

Everything was spic and span, spacious and gracious. We particularly appreciated the owners' briefing on the town (fascinating) and their attention to our needs as cyclists.

Bed not very comfortable.When putting my jacket over the back of the rocking chair in the room, it collapsed! Guests also, should be warned that there is a double decker bus-stop at window!

Thank you for your comments, you did mention the demise of our rocking chair on departure and we replaced the chair straight away.
Your comments regarding the bed came as a total suprize, Lynne and I wish to continue to offer our quests the best stay possible and we havetherefore decided to replace the bed too.
